We wanted to let you know that we’ll be simplifying the way your account works across our brands, Expedia, Hotels.com and Vrbo.
| What does this mean for you?

A simplified log-in experience: Today, your Expedia account credentials (email address, password, etc.) can only be used to sign in on Expedia. From spring 2023, you’ll be able to use your Expedia credentials to sign in on Hotels.com and Vrbo too. |

Easy account management: Throughout 2023, we’ll be rolling out further enhancements so you can manage your trips, profile and preferences in one place for Expedia, Hotels.com and Vrbo. |

What do you need to do?
|
|
If you only have one account with Expedia, you don’t need to do a thing. Your credentials will allow you to sign in on Hotels.com and Vrbo starting in spring 2023. |

|
If you have multiple accounts with Hotels.com and/or Vrbo using the same email, we’ll send you a one-time passcode when you log in after the simplified account launches in spring 2023. You’ll be prompted to create a new password at sign-in. |

|
If you have multiple accounts with two or three of our brands using different emails for each, these accounts will remain separate. However, if you want to combine them, just update your email in your accounts before we launch our simplified log-in experience in spring 2023 to make sure that they match. This update can be made in your account(s) for Hotels.com and Expedia or by contacting Customer Services for Vrbo. |
